Hi, I’m Shahzaib :)
A graphic designer drawn to zines, typography, and work that connects
ideas with people.
I’m a Junior Graphic Designer based in the West Midlands , interested in editorial, branding, and visual systems. I make bold, type-driven work rooted in real ideas. My practice spans editorial design, typography, branding, and campaign work, always starting with a strong concept and a reason to exist.
Creativity, to me, isn’t limited to projects or briefs, it shapes how I think and approach everything. A lot of my development has come from experimenting, collaborating, and working on personal ideas, not just formal education. Seeing something evolve from an initial idea into a finished outcome is what keeps me motivated.
I’ve been working across freelance projects, exhibitions , and self-initiated work that I genuinely care about. I’ve worked with Adrenaline Magazine, producing layouts
for a 60+ page publication.
In 2024, I was awarded Highly Commended by Creative Conscience for UrBench, a community-focused campaign.
I enjoy the process just as much as the outcome, testing things, refining them, and figuring out what works. I like keeping things simple, but intentional.
Outside of design, I’m usually collecting + making zines, noticing small details, or being a bit of a yapper.
